1. How to take care of my jewel?

Juliette & Co.'s jewels have been manufactured with select materials of first quality, for their conservation and long duration we recommend not to expose them to water, especially seawater, swimming pools and perfumes. We also recommend cleaning them with the soft, dry cloth included in the original packaging, as well as storing the jewel in the original velvet case when not in use.

2. How to buy?

You can buy on line via web or send us a message.

1.Choose the product you like the most and if you want to buy it add it to the cart..

2. We will ask for your address and phone number. Fill in the details and we will give you payment options. Choose the type of shipment and make the payment..

3. You will receive an email confirming your order, which will be processed after receiving the payment confirmation.

4. We will process your order and ship it as soon as possible.

3.How can I make sure I have made the purchase well?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact contacto@juliettenco.com by email or call us on +51 994 150 473.

    4.Where can I receive my purchase?

    You can receive your purchase at the address of your choice (home, office, etc.).

    If there's anything you want to detail about the place of delivery, there's a special place at the end of your purchase so you can specify the details.

    5.What is the cost of shipping in Lima ?

    All our shipments are through Scharff's service.

    6. How long will it take for my order to arrive in Lima?

    1. Standard shipping in Lima, takes between 24/48 hours, depending on the time the payment of the product is confirmed. All orders paid until noon will be processed in the afternoon and delivered the next day useful at the time of 2pm to 6pm.
    2. Express shipping in Lima, 4hrs max upon request.All orders will be processed at Monday to Friday hours from 10 am to 6 pm,
    3. purchases made outside those times will be processed the next day useful.
    4. It will be attended in special schedules according to campaign and will be announced through social networks.

    9.What should I do if I get an incorrect product?

    10.Can I return a product?

    We do not accept exchanges or returns. They have a 3 month warranty, for replacement of zircons or stones, repair of brooches, gold bath and rhodium, provided that the customer has followed the recommendations of use of the product.
